According to ANAC, drone operations are not regulated in the Central African Republic. Contact ANAC for the latest guidance and, in the absence of local UAS rules, follow ICAO recommendations (keep the drone in visual line of sight, avoid flying near people/property, stay well clear of airports, and keep altitude conservative).
